Things to do instead of panicking

recently I've started to have panic attacks, so I've decided to come up with a list of things to do instead of panicking. 



  • Visit websites for help - yourlifeyourvoice.org, kooth.com,blackdogtribe.com 
  • Exercise - releases endorfins which improve mood and brain chemistry
  • Art therapy - channelling what yr feeling into something creative helps
  • Learn new things - small at first, this will give u a sense of achievement
  • Volunteer work - Helps low self esteem, life experience, meet new people, good karma  
  • Join Clubs/Groups/Activities - meet like minded people and have new things in your life
  • Distraction  - play video games, read books, listen to pod casts, apps...apps...apps
