recently I've started to have panic attacks, so I've decided to come up with a list of things to do instead of panicking.

This quote means a lot to me, I got it after I overcame anxiety and daily panic attacks, as well as other things.
I have suffered from depression for many years but now my life is back on track! I'm much better now, not completely but we all have our good and bad days. Now I'm on my way to my dream - getting my degree and teaching English abroad!!!
And this quote reminds me to Just Breathe, relax and not panic not to take anything too seriously!
