London with Friends - Camden

We had planned this day trip to London for a few weeks and finally the day came!  This time instead of driving down we got the train - which on a Sunday took a long, long, long time.

When we arrived at St. Pancras station after reading on the train and, playing games of cards, we got the tube straight to Camden town.

As soon as we got off the tube at Camden there was a little show of circus tricks, we stood and watched it for a little while.

Camden is so diverse, the people, the places.
There is also no sense of judgement there and the atmosphere is so wonderful.
We walked through Camden, until we got to the famous Camden locks.

There we had lunch - SUSHI! In a restaurant called Hi Sushi, which is situated on the lock.

After lunch we went exploring in the many markets

beautiful looking desserts

that eton mess looked soooooo good!

I love Camden

Unfortunately Camden underground was closed 1pm - 5pm so we took a walk to Chalk Farm station.

Graffiti bar I spotted on the way

It just so happened to be the itunes festival that day too!

We took the tube to London Bridge - see my next post!
